  1. Sellers solicitor obtains title deeds and sends pre-contract package to purchasers solicitor which includes a fixtures & fittings form and sellers property information form completed by the seller, and a draft contract.

     

  2. Searches conducted and enquiries raised by purchasers solicitor. Sellers solicitor then provides replies to those enquiries.

     

  3. Completion date agreed and contracts signed.

Exchange

  1. Contracts exchanged and deposit paid.

     

  2. Mortgage redemption figure obtained.

Completion

  1. Sale Completed.

     

  2. Mortgage paid off and balance of sale proceeds sent to seller.
